Job Responsibilities
Familiar with B2C systems and web product design, able to build and manage design systems, and lead the end-to-end design process from concept to implementation for specific business modules.
Deeply understand business needs and work closely with product managers and interaction designers to develop visual design strategies and complete product UI designs.
Explore innovative design concepts and actively engage in professional research and development.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality user experience and pixel-perfect implementation.
Maintain a user-centric perspective, actively gather user feedback, and identify pain points and user needs.
Take a business-oriented approach, proactively explore new concepts, and drive innovative user experience improvements.
Requirements
Aesthetic and Educational Background:
Strong aesthetic sense, with a bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field.
Experience:
Over 3 years of user experience design experience with mature project achievements and a portfolio of work.
Skills:
Strong system thinking and proficient design skills.
Curiosity and Innovation:
Highly curious with the ability to identify design trends, explore innovative solutions, and drive their implementation.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with international products, AI tools, or visual design for overseas products is preferred.
