About the Role:
We are seeking a data-savvy and strategic Global Advertising Specialist to architect and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns for our AI Agent and enterprise SaaS solutions. You will be instrumental in driving efficient customer acquisition and maximizing lifetime value through smart, multi-channel strategies across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Funnel Campaign Leadership:
Own the complete advertising lifecycle—from launch and scaling to ROI optimization and retention.
Multi-Channel Strategy & Execution:
Design and refine advertising approaches across core platforms (Facebook, Google) and vertical channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), building an integrated and scalable channel matrix.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g., Excel, GA4, Tableau) to build full-funnel performance models, optimize ROI using LTV insights, and diagnose root causes behind performance fluctuations.
Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Translate technical AI product features into compelling user benefits. Partner with creative, product, and sales teams to align messaging and lead scoring—boosting conversion rates across the funnel.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
Mentor a lean team of 1–2 members, establish scalable advertising SOPs, and foster a culture of continuous testing and high-impact execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. International study or work experience is a plus.
4+ years of hands-on experience managing global ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, with at least 2 years focused on APP\SaaS\Fintech etc.
Strong English proficiency, with the ability to independently interpret international advertising policies and AI industry reports.
A test-and-learn mindset, expert-level analytical skills, and a portfolio of scalable, ROI-positive advertising initiatives.
