About The Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end ownership of our core platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing the robust and scalable systems that are critical to our success in the high-stakes advertising technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of our core advertising systems and platforms.
Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Identify and solve complex technical challenges related to high-traffic, low-latency distributed systems.
Continuously optimize system performance, improve code quality, and enforce best practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Take full ownership of your work, from conception and development to deployment and monitoring in production.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
5-10 years of proven experience in software development, with a significant portion in a full stack capacity.
Direct, hands-on experience in the advertising technology domain (e.g., Ad Servers, DSPs, SSPs) is a must.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in one or more of the following backend languages: Go, Java, or Python, with a deep understanding of their ecosystems, concurrency models, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and troubleshooting high-concurrency business scenarios (e.g., distributed systems, database optimization, caching strategies).
Soft Skills
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility; you are a self-starter who is committed to driving projects to successful completion.
